Here we go on number 27. Time does fly by now. This year the show will be November 5 & 6, 2011 with the setup on the 4th. The location is the Expo building again at the State Fairgrounds in Raleigh. So far more than half of the tables are reserved so check the website and send in your application and money.

Speaking of money, the Fairgrounds upped the rent, so we must pass it on to you. Tables will be $44 each this year. The blocks of ten will be $415 and the old 35 dollar tables will be $39 each. We are not making anything on the rent increase, only passing it on. If you need electricity, the charge will be $25 extra. Again this is only what we are charged with no extra.

Security will be provided from 9PM Friday until 5PM Sunday. Pizza will be served on Friday and Sunday nights. Set up will be from noon until 9PM on Friday and again at 7 AM on Saturday. The show hours are 9AM until 5PM both Saturday and Sunday.

Last year was our best attendance yet with over 3,000 visitors from all the continents except Antartica. We are improving our advertising and it shows results. Let us hope for a new record attendance this year.
